First and foremost I am a servant of God, lover of Jesus Christ and Spirit-Filled believer on fire for the Kingdom of God to walk in the fullness of the abundant life that Jesus died to give us.

My ministry is a result of my life’s challenges and the ways God has molded and shaped me over the decades, grounded in His Word. I have worked with megachurch ministries as an Assistant to the Lead Pastor, world reaching author-teachers in content creation and coaching and small church startups as a consultant. I’ve had my own ministry since 2005, originally called Rise Above Ministries.

I believe prayer is a vital part of our calling. Intercession is a proactive need for all ministries - church, government, marriage, family and personal, as well as standing firm in the full armor of God and proclaiming what the Bible says about us - our sword of the Spirit. And I’ve seen miracles in my own life and others I’ve prayed for.

I love to speak on stage to encourage, equip and challenge believers to walk in a way that is pleasing to God. I have a passion for Leaders to finish well and hear, “Well done good and faithful servant”. This desire extends to all I mentor/coach and is the high standard that I hold for myself as well. I believe we are called to serve with integrity and character and remain teachable and within structures of accountability and transparency.

I’m often called in as a Consultant for growing ministries because of my ability to help raise up leaders, set foundational standards and proactively plan for in megachurch growth.
